Price Match Guarantee

Price match is applicable only for items purchased on Etoile ‘La boutique’ that qualify the following conditions.

• The item must be identical: same brand, colour, size and style.
• The item must be full-price. Items on sale, i.e., discounted, promotional, outlet, second hand and sale items are not considered.
• The price match should be claimed within 14-days from the day of order.
• The item must have been delivered to claim a price match 
• The item must be in stock at the claim price on a registered competitor* website
• The item must have the same country set for shipping on the competitor’s* website as Etoile ‘La boutique’ delivery country. Also, it should be United Arab Emirates, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait or Oman. 
• Purchase must be in the same currency of price match, i.e. AED/SAR/OMR/KWD/BHD/QAR. In case the prices were not set to one of those currencies. It would be matched using the following exchange rates**

**Please note that the above numbers may vary reflecting the exchange rate. Check the posted rate on the day you submit your claim.

• Only the items’ value as listed in the competitor website’s shopping cart after selecting the delivery country will be considered for Price Match. The value of the order is not considered.

• Ensure you have an ELB account, if you don’t, you can create one here.
• Procure links to both the ELB item and the item to be matched with
• Reach our customer care team by phone, email or using the online form and share both links.

When our Customer Care team processes and finds your claim qualifying the criteria mentioned above, you will be awarded the difference in the matched price in the form of a coupon code 

This Coupon code can be redeemed within 6 months of issue. Exclusions apply.

 

Return conditions for Price Match

Any item for which a price match or a price difference was claimed, is not eligible for return.

Who is a Competitor*

*A competitor is any registered website with a collection of luxury brands and products that we believe to be comparable to ELB’s collection. 

Who is NOT a Competitor*

• Discount, liquidation, auction, outlet sites or websites undergoing closing down are not considered to be our competitors.
• Sites that do not display prices in currencies other than those listed above are not included.
